<item><title>Thank You For Coming</title><description>This short piece, written by Dave Windass, was performed at the West Yorkshire Playhouse as part of Script Yorkshire's BUDS event in 2009 and also at the Hull branch of Script Yorkshire's first New Voices festival of new writing in January 2010. <item><title>Gagging For It</title><description>This new play is a Humber Mouth Special Commission co-written by Dave Windass and Morgan Sproxton and directed by Lee Green. Gagging For it, a black comedy, is set against the backdrop of the stand-up comedy circuit and explores what happens when the contemporary obsession with fame and celebrity is taken to its extreme. The play stars Lee Green, Rachel Helen, Jess Morley and Tim Bettridge. The play will be performed, for one night only, in the new Hull Truck Theatre studio on June 30, 2009 as part of Humber Mouth 2009, the Hull Literature Festival. <item><title>Ted's Return Home</title><description>The short film Ted's Return Home, directed by Dave Windass with a screenplay by Laurie Harvey and Nick Triplow and starring Martin Barrass and Robert Hudson, will be premiered at Vue cinema, Princes Quay, Hull at the event Get Lewis. The event is part of the Humber Mouth 2009 programme. The evening will be compered by BBC Radio Humberside's David Reeves. <item><title>Humber Mouth 2009</title><description>Dave is involved in two events at this year's Humber Mouth literature festival. Along with Morgan Sproxton, he has co-written a new play, Gagging For It, which is a black comedy set against the backdrop of the stand-up comedy circuit. The play, a Humber Mouth Special Commission, will be performed in Hull Truck Theatre's studio for one night only on June 30th, 2009.
